REFUND POLICY

Order Issues
If you receive the wrong order, missing items, or your food is not up to our quality standards, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day.

Refunds & Replacements
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund. Each request is reviewed individually.

Delivery Orders
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

Pick-Up Orders
Customers are responsible for collecting their orders on time. We cannot offer refunds for orders that are not picked up.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if preparation has not yet started. Once your order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible.
